I would much rarther see the types of players coming in than us aquiring Premier League "Has Beens".

What a cock-up is was to bring in Les Ferdinand, Martin Keown and Shaun Goater!!

Is that the Goater who was top scorer with 14 goals in his first season? Not a bad return really.

'greed, and who can say what experience Ferdinand and Keown passed on to the team while they were here. After all, the following season was a record breaking championship winning season!

Ferdinand did at least make us look dangerous occasionally if didn't really contribute much. Keown on the other hand was 100% an unmitigated, stupid disaster of a loan signing.
