He'll be a decent, reasonably reliable full back at this level with a bit of time and some support from the player in front of him.

Bryn.

And I'm not joking, it's got that bad.

I think Cummings will be alright, but with a defence totally lacking leadership why did we sign another kid. I know we tried to sign more senior players, just seems ike we took the only player we could get.

Cummings....I don't see why people don't get off his back and give him a chance and he had a good game today.

If Bryn started at right back who would you bring on after 60 mins when he's finished?

kelly - injured all pre season, still not 100% fit

cummings - just like ashley cole, looks bright and useful going forward but about as much use in defence as a 6 foot dog turd

rosenior - too expensive

6 foot dog turd - see above

kingsley - possibly the best all round option, however is hindered by the fact he's not registered as a player and if added to the squad currently then wcbap

so overall i think the best thing is to stick with cummings until we can off load some of the high earners such as Church, Sigurdsson, Pearce and Karacan and then go for the Kingsley option

6 foot dog turd is too expensive? Well actually.. they'd probably negotiate a deal to be 3/4 million

Not voting. Apparently Cummings was a bit better yesterday. The goals against us came from the other side. I can't write a player off after so few games. Come off it, Hobnobbers, I know you like to pick on players, but this is too soon.

Neither Cummings nor Rosenior may be the answer, but I'd rather we had both of them, for cover. As for Kelly, everyone seems to dismiss him, but I remember him fitting in well last season, particularly when we beat Birmingham.

I haven't seen Cummings play so I cannot comment but I don't think Rosenior was bad enough to ship him out (I know it was about money - but).

And Pearce is just sh*te. So what he can score a couple of goals from set-pieces? Ridiculous he was made vice-captain!

I thought that it might be worth digging this up again.
