Keeperbiscuitsrus Hello - I renewed my STAR Membership at the club ticket office. I completed my application, gave them the money and they added 10 points to my Royalty points but I have not received a new card for this year.
This was done at the start of the season, what is your advice?
I would advise that you come to the STAR Base prior to a match or one evening when it is open, the STAR membership secretary or one of the other very helpful STAR members will be able to take some details from you and investigate it for you.
starliaison might have another suggestion for you but I would say that would work, but please try to go as early as possible as there can tend to be a queue and it will be easier for them to help you if its quiet
I agree with Keeper that the way to sort it is to go and talk to the people who administer it as they are available every home game.
Having said that, as far as I am aware, the ticket office did not have any application forms and the only memberships they took for us this season was with season ticket applications. So if you are right there is no procedure for them to pass your membership to STAR
