If I try to contact a STAR representative through the contacts page of the STAR website and when I hit 'send' I get a message saying I'm not authorised to use that facility and the message disappears into the ether, have you recieved the email or not?
I'm not really sure how to contact you if it doesn't go through. Sending another one in the same way would seem a bit pointless - hence this post. Have I done something wrong?
