Dear All,

Little Bobby is back from his knee surgery / rehab in the States.

He'll be with Tim on the Royals Footy Phone In from 6pm, Fri 4 May, ready to take your calls and texts OR messages from here.

All the best

Bobby, what's it like to be back in Merry 'ole England? How have you been dealing with your injury, in terms of any fitness programmes you've had to go through. Also, if there is another series of WAG's boutique, will you be sending your lady to work in retail? Finally, how famous are you over in America?

Thanks a lot.

Brian via text.

Dangerous on the 5th December 2006 when Bobby was last on, but never had his questions read out! They won't get asked as they weren't when I put them forward to Marcus  but....

1 - Are you an American Football fan, if so who do you follow?

2 - Are there any other NFL fans in the Reading camp apart from Marcus, and if so, who do they support.

3 - Who's your favourite NFL player of all time?

4 - If you're not an American Football fan, which teams in other sports do you follow

What are your views on the MLS league rule whereby teams have some strange penalty shootout before the match to determine who gets awarded the win if the game is a draw.

Is this something you would welcome in the English leagues or is it just a gimmick?

Keith from Maidenhead via text

Do you know for sure how many times you've said for sure in media interviews?

Have you been watching the Reading games on tv in the States?

Is your nickname really the Bobster?

Red or blue bounties?

How's the knee now, is it OK or will you need a plastic one before too long?

What do you miss most about the US?

If you found a buffalo squatting in your apartment would you take steps to have it evicted or leave it be as its an endangered species?

Do you prefer Hersheys or Cadbury's chocolate?

What have you most noticed about the differences between the game at Championship and Premiership level?

Who did you model yourself on as a youngster?

Best goal scored?

Worst mistake made?

When you were stateside did you catch any games?

What are the Galaxy's chances next season?

What do you think the biggest difference is between the way we played last season and the way we have adopted to the 'much tougher!' premierleague?

Steven Hunt has had a great season, despite a lot of fans thinking he wouldn't cut it in the Premiership. Do you think you will be able to raise your game like Hunt has and get your place back?

When you first joined it was reported in the press that you had problems settling in England. Do you think going back for to the US for a large part of the time you were injured will mean you'll have to start settling again?

Are all referee's tossers or do those in the American league determine which team kicks off first without throwing a coin in the air?

Kingsley was sent off because the ref was mistaking him for a player. Have you ever made the same mistake and passed the ball to him?

Bobby,

Tomorrow we play Watford.

If you decided to buy a new car manufactured by pioneers of on the line mass production....

....... Watford would you choose?

Cheers then

Bobby

Might I recommend that you stay away from organised religious activities as, God forbid, you might find yourself walking past a church only to hear a VICAR CRY "FREE NOB SNOT!" through the open window of the Choirboys' quarters.

Remarkably..... this is an anagram of your name.

Cheers then

Silly, silly, this is all getting rather silly. What started out as nice thread about asking questions of a nice North American gentleman has become all rather silly with silly pretend questions from texters who I doubt even exist.

Robert Francis Convey

Which reminds me

Bobby,

Does it scare you that your initials are the same as Readings? Were your mum and dad perhaps clairvoyants?
