Can anyone who went to buy tickets in person confirm whether or not they got a souvenir biscuit with their tickets?

I can confirm that my Dad was not given a souvenir biscuit when purchasing his tickets over the phone. I can only imagine it will be sent in the post, otherwise I may be returning the tickets and demanding a refund.
