Barry the bird boggler
ZacNaloen
Cobi Percieved Lack of spending in summer;
AZ not at a game since early August;
TSI miss deadline to buy remaining 49%. Can't blame fans for worrying.

Also thinking back a couple of weeks, and Tim Dellor mentioned how the fans wont be interested in the clash of politics going on behind the scenes. Clearly all isn't well.

What does Tim Dellor mean saying fans won't be interested in the clash of politics? Of course we're interested it's our club!

51% TSI's
49% SJM's

Transfer fees - £700k Danny Williams
Transfer income - £5m Jimmy Kebe, Adrian Mariapp

Whilst it's a fair argument that the free transfers and loanee's are on big wages for this league, the transfer income goes a long way to paying at least three players for the season. Bearing in mind maintaining our wage bill is largely down to the parachute payments, the club really hasn't spent much at all this summer.

Yeah, forget about the £20m loss of income and wage bill and concentrate on the transfer fees/

I am very concerned that he doesn`t feel the need to attend games anymore, understand he has a sprog to look after now..but it would appear he has lost interest already

Is it asking too much for TSI to release a statement to explain their intentions over the small matter of paying the balance required to secure ownership of our club? Y'know, it might make them look slightly less like the shadowy bunch of conmen they doubtless actually are.....

Now the club has removed it's advertising from Reading station. Cost cutting across the board now we know Anton is on his way out and the club is writing cheques it's body can't cash! Failure to get promotion this season will see mass sales, the end of Cat 1, no new training ground, no expansion - nothing. The end of a dream and back to reality we go.

All too familiar?

Talking a good game with "an encyclopaedic knowledge of football"
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/238534 ... viour.html

Failure to deliver...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anton_Zingarevich#Everton
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/footbal ... 588046.stm

Just a bit further along this time?

Hopefully not! A failure now could mean troubles on the way and lower division football again for a few seasons - or worse...

A statement of intent to complete from both sides would not go amiss here

Such a statement would just be ignored if the takeover didn't go through strsight away anyway. Haven't we already had a 'there's no problems' statement?

Weren't those Everton stories debunked to some extent with the first takeover as kenwright playing games to appease fans? I think I've got the right owner there.

Theres really nothing to see here yet.

I thought Madejski was pals with Kenwright? If so, would Madejski really have dealt with Anton if Kenwright had already been taken for a ride by him?

Again, I recall at the time Madejski saying he felt no need to talk to Kenwright about it.

Anton is the sole shareholder for TSI, I was more under the impression they were a consortium.

http://www.readingfc.co.uk/global/company-details.aspx

When he gets bored or distracted the club will lose out.

Also when TSI buy the club Anton, personally, will be the sole owner.

Sounds a bit dangerous?

i think he is backed with investment from shadowy underworld figures who do not want their names bandied about in public company records, so theres obviously a deal in place behind the scenes- contracts etc guaranteeing them shares of any profits from whatever he makes out of it

I thought TSI was a consortium of Samuelson, his son, that Andrew bloke and a couple of others...... what's happened to them? :|

EDIT: http://www.readingfc.co.uk/global/company-details.aspx

So Anton owns 100% of TSI but the others are all directors....

If RFC is the FIRST in a line of sports investments and TSI was specifically set up to invest in sports - I'm surprised they are still stalling on paying the remainder of the share for RFC......

Or is it SJM who's stalling on releasing the shares until these allegations are completely rebutted?

It also appears that there have been no further investments

Intriguingly TSI do not have a website either - somewhat unusual for an investment company looking to invest more...
