RG30 Reading Football Club would like to inform supporters that ticket sales are now temporarily paused as the Club transitions to a new ticketing system.
As part of this upgrade, the current ticketing website will be replaced by our new platform at tickets.readingfc.co.uk. Ticket sales and operations will remain suspended until 12pm on Friday 20 February while the system is installed and prepared for launch.
During this period, supporters with ticketing enquiries are advised to contact the Ticket Office directly by emailing
sales@readingfc.co.uk or calling 0118 968 1313.
Port Vale Ticket InformationTickets for our fixture against Port Vale on Saturday 21 February will be available to purchase over the phone only by calling 0118 968 1313 from 12pm today until 12pm on Friday 20 February.
Supporters may also purchase tickets on the day of the game directly from Port Vale at Turnstile 29 (Card payments only).
All other ticketed events will be unavailable during the transition. We kindly ask supporters to remain patient and refrain from attempting to purchase any other tickets until the new platform is launched.
The Ticket Office phone lines will remain open from 10am to 3pm, Wednesday to Friday, to assist with enquiries during the changeover. Our Ticket Office will also be open in person and over the phone on Saturday 21 February from 10am until 1pm should any supporter require additional assistance.
Once the new platform is live, supporters will be able to log in at tickets.readingfc.co.uk using their existing account credentials.
This upgrade forms part of a wider project to enhance the Club’s ticketing services and deliver an improved, more flexible experience for our supporters.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
Club no longer operating on the Seat Geek ticketing platform and I believe are transitioning to Robo Ticket who happen to have Wycombe as one of it's clients.
Seems like a poor move, tbh. Seat Geek provided a very good service, imo.
