Last year we sold all the home tickets for all games, this year we haven't.
The only thing left to debate of the extent.

Why do you have to sell EVERY seat for EVERY game in order to expand? I think it's reasonable to expand as long as the ground is full for 90% of games which it will be as long as the club remains in the Premiership.
