M Brook Has anyone with less than 1600 RPs tried getting a ticket online? I've only got 1244 but went online ten minutes back and was offered a choice of upper or lower tier!

M Brook
Boyle the Royal Just renewed my ST and became part of the elite 1600+ group. Was going to do it anyway this month so thought I might as well do it today to make sure of a City ticket.

Well done RFC - another one takes the bait!

Well like I said I was going to do it anyway and although I don't particularly like being forced into doing it early, it's money I was going to give them anyway so it doesn't make that much of a difference.

But did the site actually let you buy the tickets??
I think it offers you the choice of tickets but when you try to buy them it just puts up an error message??

But , (snipe, snipe), perhaps the cunning ploy has fallen into place to entice those in.

I was logged in but an error message did come up saying I already had 2 tickets reserved! A second message said something like 'undefined error'.

I'm certain this is cock up rather than conspiracy; I doubt the people responsible would recognise a cunning ploy if it came in a big box with "cunning ploy" written on it.

So there are only likely to be a couple of hundred, if that, left come midnight.

It's official - a complete and utter cock up by the morons at RFC.

I suspect the news editors at BBCRB and the EP are reviewing the story now!

+1. Perfect for Reading FC.

Not if this cock up drives away 2+ season ticket holders for every +1 that renews really early just to get their City ticket.

But he wouldn't be able to if the Head of Communications at RFC took the trouble to publish the latest info on the OS!
