Don't forget Free U7's season tickets are only availabe in North Stand.

Personally I'll be paying the extra and moving myself and my 12 year old out of the North Stand into the East just to get away from them. It's going to look quite commical with every other seat empty even when its supposedly a near sell out.

At the moment you can only upgrade a junoir to a full ticket 3 times a season - guess they'll probbaly make these free U7s non transferable.

family season ticket for me and the boy.
1 x adult, 1 x u16 = 400 quid. Saving of 75 quid on my £375 and his £100

I had no idea this family ticket existed, I would however still like to blame the drugs

Just renewed my season ticket I am not 65 until December so expected to pay full price in the East stand but got an email from the club saying I could renew at the over 65 price as a thank you from the club for my support. Great gesture from the club and much appreciated. I also got an under 7 free season ticket for my grandson.

Now just hoping for some movement on players in the summer and hopefully back to winning ways next season.

Nice to hear the club reaching out and looking after their fans.

I take it the under 7 season ticket is also in the East stand? Safe to say these free under 7 season tickets are not restricted to a particular stand(s) if so.. Shame.

got one last season too, but wasn't quite as cheap, bloody good deal
means I can get his season ticket effectively for 25 quid, yet still lord it over him as if ive paid out significant sums for him to go to games

I will even drag her to a few away games. Due to finances we barely made it to any last season, but will plan around 8-10 next year hopefully.

That'll really piss her off

As long as I make it through the Summer this will be my 62nd season of watching Reading and about 33 years of having a season ticket (never needed one before then as sell-outs were few and far between).
Whether because of age, travel costs, my brother possibly emigrating to Lincolnshire or the football being served up I don't know but this is the first time for me to consider whether or not to renew.
I think I'll wait a few weeks and look at the retained list and see if there is any early transfer activity before making a decision but the thought of the same back 4 plus Robson-Kanu and/or Blackman lining up in that first fixture in August fills me with..........well nothing really, it makes me just wonder if it is a season where I want to do the 160 round trip for home games (especially those winter evenings) and even more for most of the away games.

I tend to think that if you feel its important to see what the squad will be like for the next season before deciding on getting a ST, then really the decision should be not to as you've lost the drive and a year of casual viewing will either rejuvenate you or help you move on.

LOL at Reading Post describing 28% as "nearly a third" in a desperate attempt to find a negative angle on their survey.

Should be reporting that two thirds will still renew despite the miserable league season. Still as we now that's the media for you...
