United fans disliked Lukaku because he blocked superstar “Rashford” up front even though Lukaku is the better striker by some distance. And I think United fans have worked that one out now

He is prone to awful misses/poor performances but that stands true to virtually all attackers

Thing is that has been their game plan for about 10 years now and its worked, hard to get away from that style of play whilst Ronaldo is still in the side.
Problem now is that Ronaldo hasn't quite got the legs he used to. Obviously still and incredible player but he's not going to burst past a defender with a dazzling bit of skill like he used to.

Had a poor game. He is the sort of player you want coming on after 75 minutes when the opposition are tired, doesn't do it for me as a starter.
