i was very cynical at the start of the wc thinking the us would be lucky to even get a single point...im cautiously optimistic that we can possibly get out of the group stage now. good start against ghana, and a portugal team that has pepe out and 2-3 injuries to main players! this is probably the best thing that could have happened to the us in terms of our chances.
