Maybe we spoke to Gylfi in some capacity but not to the extent that has been banded. This thread now almost as long as the Tommy Smith thread who'd have thought.

There's a lot of nonsense going around at the moment like Hoilett and Rhodes. It is interesting though seeing what names get linked to us mind.

Why is Rhodes nonsense?

Well what's the likely cost, £4.5m + Morrison or over £5m? Now will the club go and spend this money on a player?

funny how after moving to Hoffenheim that i predicted a season later he would play for bayern munich - if he'd stayed in the german league im sure thats where he'd end up - i reckon he'll go to spurs now if they get avb providing hell play, i still wouldnt rule out livepool though and if man u jump in the race- well, no contest. reading have probably a slightlly better chance than swansea now roggers has gone

evens spurs - may play, better money?
evens liverpool - will play
50-1 reading
100-1 swansea - played there and fitted in well but manager gone so new system may not suit. if rodgers was still there id say swansea would get him
100-1 bayern munich - he may have been put off by his german experience but they can offer possible champs league, then again he might not even get a game. cant see this happening though
