Pepe the Horseman Get in. Thoroughly deserved. Should have been 10.

In!! Oops, I am almost a day behind from your post.
Scotish backed our team in the game in Glasgow and that was real help to defeat European Champion yesterday.
Anyway, we, Japan, are happy nation after gaining all three points from first qualifying game of both man and woman football team!

Homophobe too, brilliant.

You don't always have to swim against the tide, you know. If that tackle had been on John Carew you'd have been Breivik-ing Senegal for all it was worth.

Ideal This is a discussion about football, if you wish to discuss politics and terrorism you should go to AE.

I quote Vinny Jones:
If you're gonna dish it out, you have to expect to take it in return as well

Bellendamy is no stranger to dishing it out verbally or physically, and has even assaulted his own teammates with a golf club at one point in time. As such he is in no position to complain about what was in reality only a medium-intensity tackle.

Thats all very well had Bellamy been dishing it out to the Sengal defender

Ideal Saliou Ciss looks like a very solid defender, and I'd be very happy if RFC signed him. Good going forward, powerful long range shot, and not afraid to get stuck in. Sign him up!

He would play less than an hour of the first game, be suspended for three, come back for another less than an hour, miss the next four, etc.

So you think it was perfectly alright, then you think it was a yellow?

TeamGB should have had a penalty, and the player should have a got a yellow. Glad everyone is all in agreement now.

Blatant penalty, but I can't help but think Bellamy didn't do himself any favours by rolling around theatrically, covering about 5 yards of ground, like he was faking an injury. Only to then look up and start shouting at someone when he realised he wasn't getting a penalty, completely forgetting his "injury".

I wonder if Stuart Pearce has ever thought that maybe this whole management lark isn't really for him.

Oh dear.

3-1. sandman seen trudging miserably back to his hole.

Delightful chip from Sturridge.

I thought I'd get really into the GB football team but now I'm watching it i just feel pretty indifferent to it. I suppose I just never imagined having to support that little welsh prick, bellamy. The performances aren't particularly inspiring.

I think I'd have been a lot more interested if Beckham was in it.

It's always the way that when you say something like that they score (and what a good goal it was) so I was half expecting it. I haven't got a problem with the players just the manager who is tactically awful and shouldn't be any where near young players with potential.

Not suprised that you're prancing around like a 50 pence tart about it though.

So Spain are out. I fancy Brazil, Japan and GB to medal in some order or other in this event.

I'm not negative. I don't support England in football so don't have the rampant nationalist views people like you do. Pearce is a prime example of the reasons England always fail because he's all passion and very little Brain. Even if they win a medal he should be nowhere near young players. You can't handle the fact that not everyone acts like you do when it comes to international football.

You are negative, and I don't have rampant nationalistic views.

Don't sulk because GB won. You posted what you did because UAE equalised, don't pretend otherwise.
