They are looking for at least 1 CB. Could be more given rumours of Quansah being sold too and Konate getting pushed out the door this summer if he doesn’t sign a new deal. Being linked with Guehi, Hato, Hincapie, amongst others, as replacements.

You’ve never heard of Wirtz? I’m not up on many continental players but Wirtz is rather good. If Wirtz to Liverpool becomes a thing than I’ve heard they could get him for less than €100 as Leverkusen would rather sell to a club in the PL than to Bayern who’d they’d look for €100m+ from to do a deal.

Incidentally there’s still talk of Isak AND Alvarez to Liverpool as well - don’t think there’s a cat in hell’s chance of that happening myself but, Jesus, that would be insanely scary for the rest of the PL if it did.
