Maybe they all have state of the art training grounds that cost over £40m cos otherwise I can't see how they get to the values they do.

The disgusting farce that is the Mancheater City 115, is now not likely to be revealed until October, six months after it was originally expected to report. SEVEN years or so this cr@p has been rumbling on and on and on and when finally d-day comes around we’ll get another 18 months added to it as the PL probably starts the appeal process.

Financial rules in football are a complete ******* joke.

At least Everton Women have a nice big stadium. That must be worth something.

Was talking to a Liverpool fan yesterday. He was laughing at the way that for the last 2 years, Everton fans have been saying "We'll be alright when we move to the new stadium" or "We'll be alright when we get new owners". Well they've got both and the same 11 shit players are still on the pitch.

He also reckons that if Couhig is anything like FSG, he will bring in a shit ton of outside revenue because everything nailed down with a club crest on it will be subject to a sponsorship deal from some mid sized American company wanting to break into European markets.

Morecambe staring down the barrel. Not looking good. Academy closed today as they have no insurance and owner has been given a deadline of Monday to sell.

True. My brother is a STH there and has one for this season.

OTOH have I missed the Sheffield Wed thread? Their situation sounds similar to where we were.
