Winston Biscuit If Liverpool get a huge money offer for Salah they would be nuts to turn it down.

Sell him, submit a bit for Chiesa.

Salah hasn't really looked interested for a while imo, they should have cashed in about a month ago to give them enough time to get a replacement in.

I dunno - he only committed to a new deal last year, when there were options available to him. He's never been a 'kiss the badge' sort of player, often looks like he'd be happy enough playing anywhere at all. Liverpool would be foolish to sanction a deal this window.

Fans think in his head he's already Gnonto.

Union Berlin have signed Leonardo Bonucci from Juventus on a one-year deal. Some good experience for the squad ahead of their first ever CL campaign.

And Alex Iwobi leaves Everton for Fulham for £22m.

Don't really understand Everton selling him, not like they can easily replace players. Think they are deep in the shit this season.

Year left and has refused to sign an extension.

Anything over £100m would be tempting, but they'd have to get a good replacement through today. Otherwise they are just undoing reasonable work in the rest of the window.

Salah has 2 years left on his current deal. Think it would take an absolutely incredible sum of money (upwards of £150m) for them to agree a sale this late in the window but then Saudi grows money for fun so who knows.

When the objective isn't to get the best players but to win a pissing competition about how rich you are and how you can buy any players you like, you never know...

Joao Palhinha to Bayern agreed, player in Germany completing a medical. Deal dependent on Fulham finding a replacement today.

Clement Lenglet to Villa on loan from Barca.

Has begun to feel like '2 years left on deal' has become the new '1 year left' - agents almost pushing clubs to do something because with a year left they'll start fcuking about. Saudi money really has changed the transfer environment. In that sense this is one thing that makes sense about Chelsea signing all their players up until 2035.

150m has got to have been very tempting. If only there was young right-sided attacker, ideally based in the NW, available? :?

Mental to not take that offer

Maybe they are negotiating. Salah is huge in the Arab world and would be quite the coup

Sell their best player and sign noone? I can see why they've rejected it.

I really must be getting old. After noting I didn't know who Paqueta was earlier this summer, I read that PSG are signing Randal Kolo Muani for €90m. I've never heard of him. Who on earth is Randal Kolo Muani and why is he worth €90m?

Indeed. Could see Al-Ittihad upping their bid, especially if the stories about Jota and Benzema are true.

If I were Liverpool I'd be asking £200m plus Benzema.

Salah saga could run on and on though, when does the Saudi window shut?
