Very good performance from Chelsea last night, it helps that JT got over his injury just as AVB got sacked I guess. I was worried for RdM's future when he set up Inler for Napoli's goal though

One thing about last night, a standard Champions League gripe really, ITV can fvck off can't they? the coverage was so parochial and particularly sickening were Clive's chuckles at cheeky chappy Drogba's cheating in extra time, you can be sure that if Cavani had done the same he and the pillock Townsend would have been calling for UN sanctions against the dirty cheating wops.

And didn't UEFA say that in future the team in 4th would not then win a CL spot if a team beneath them in the final league standings won the CL? Although I am much more of a fan of Arsenal than Chelsea, it would be pretty hilarious to see Wenger's face if Arsenal finished 4th ahead of Chelsea (the goal of this season, as far as I can make out) only to see Chelsea 'steal' that fourth place in next season's CL but winning this season's competition outright.
