GB side to face Senegal: Butland, Bertrand, Richards, Caulker, Taylor, Cleverley, Allen, Giggs, Rose, Sturridge &, Bellamy

That team should easily be strong enough to beat Senegal

I'm pretty sure the French said that once.

Maybe I'm being dim, but despite the BBC spend a third world military budget on covering the games, I still can't actually find anywhere listing the Olympic Football results on their site

I struggled with that too, there's the Sportday Live thing. I found the actual Olympics site better

I don't like Bellamy but that was GBH !!

And I'm pretty sure the ref was going to book Bellamy for diving, but bottled it at the last.

Blimey...what does somebody need to do to get a penalty.

Just about hanging on...

Bit like watching Team England really, although I didn't realise games makers were reffing! To think, that could of been my mum completely missing those "tackles"

I actually blame Ryan Giggs for that goal - what the hell is the problem with a normal corner? why is someone in his late 30's still taking short corners?

In a WC or Euros game Senegal would not have been allowed to tackle like that...We played ok in parts but look woefully unfit!

Getting loads of stick for not singing the national anthem as well,...probably wishes he'd done the same as Bale now.

Did they do the same last week when Bradley Wiggins wasn't belting it out...albeit he was trying to not HEAR the awful version of GSTQ that was sung at the time.

I thought Senegal's tackling was perfectly allright.
Craig Bellendamy has landed much, much, MUCH worse tackles on opponents than what Saliou Ciss landed on him.
At least Ciss was trying to get the ball, Bellendamy usually isn't.

Grow up, you fcuking twat.
