Celtic to beat Aberdeen
Leeds to beat Tranmere
Wycombe to beat Aldershot

£10 pays out £34 - get on it.

A return of sorts Mark, good work.

Ok, not a direct tip, just prior knowledge here, Hampton are already in the play offs and cannot catch AFCW, barring a miracle, so Dev is resting virtually every outfield player on saturday, Maiders can still pinch the last play off spot, although it matters little as they cannot compete in them, so with a very youthful Beavers side up against a very in form Magpies team, and the Magpies at home, 11/10 about the Magpies seems very generous indeed.

Another ante-post bet of mine could be settled tomorrow, I had Burnley on the Championship Handicap at +24 points at the usual Handicap betting price of 18's, for a £5 stake. I didn't publish it on the betting thread as I done it on the Saturday morning of when the football season began and was off to Nottingham for our match with Forest the day after.

As things stands, handicap table looks like this;

Burnley - 72 points (+24points) = 96 points
Wolves - 86 points (+6 points) = 92 points
Cardiff - 73 points (+85 points) = 85 points

Some crazy prices available today on teams today that supposedly dont want to win. I always follow these at the end of the season, Darlingtons 5/1 win at Rochdale last weekend being a good example. Back each of the following to small stakes (betfair prices)

Walsall at MK Dons 11
Col Utd home to Peterboro 5.4
Acc Stan home to Chesterfield 4.4
Aldershot home to Chester 2.5
Darlington home to Brentford 3.8
Luton home to Rochdale 4
Notts C home to Dag & Red 4.9
P Vale home to Wycombe 6

My Dad went to this, apparently Hampton made 14 changes, and still absolutely dicked Maidenhead!!

Only just seen this - surely the fact that Maidenhead's ground is below the standard for promotion so their season is over regardless of final league position should be taken into account?

Completely different team to the last game, and they still made Maidenhead look shit, the worst bet i've ever placed, and i've made some bad ones in my time.

My Simon Cox bet...
I know someone else had this anti-post too but somewhere on here I told of my £40 e/w bet at 40/1 for Cox to be div 1 top scorer.
I have 3 possible good outcomes and a shit outcome from next weeks games I think.
Lambert doesn't score and Cox gets 2 or more (no one else betters) = £2080 8)
Lambert doesn't score and Cox gets 1 (no one else betters) = £1040 8)
Cox ends up getting less than Lamberts total but secures the e/w place = £440 :D
Cox ends up getting less than 4 other players totals = £0

Lambert Bristol Rovers 28
Cox Swindon 27
Beckford Leeds United 26
Fryatt Leicester 26
Hooper Scunthorpe 24
Mackail-Smith Peterborough 22
Mclean Peterborough 18
Porter Hartlepool 18
Hayes Scunthorpe 16
Graham Carlisle 15
Guinan Hereford 15
Owusu Brighton 15
Wilbraham MK Dons 15
Becchio Leeds United 14
Akinfenwa Northampton 13

So now you know..

He did. Ridiculous as well. No keeper on the bench, so BANT with the replacement. Everything Maiders were doing was going through Paquette, and when he went we didnt look as threatening!

Hamptons Centre Back went in goal and still kept a clean sheet LOL, Chelmsford away tomorrow and then then at home on saturday and a possible home tie for the final, where i will be in Egypt, typical.

A double of Bayern Munich and Liverpool this weekend.

I had two big cricket wins today, a big lay of Pakistan in today's ODI v Aus and a big back in-running of Mumbai in the IPL. I'm going to spunk it all on Higgs to win the snooker final. Yay!
