Schards#2
LUX fantastic result, made my day. I tuned into Talksport on purpose to hear Arsenal fans either saying "it's only the Carling Cup" or how physical/lucky Birmingham were. Where do they get off?

Best result since Chelsea going out of the Cup/exloding their league leadership.

Sounds like life's a rich social whirl in Luxembourg.

fair comment.

But I was driving home from France. I can get Talksport on MW in my car in the evenings. I accept it is utter garbage.

Fantastic stuff. And I'm totally unsurprised about how arrogant Arsenal fans are being about the whole thing. Also, yeah, they were lucky not to be 1-0 down and the keeper sent off. The lino, what was he on?

Though, I laughed my head off this morning when I thought about the way Arsenal conceded the winner.

I gave an Arsenal supporter at work a google map printout from the Emirates Stadium to St Andrews with the Carling Cup as the destination. 89 minutes duration for that particular journey.

I watched this game sat next to David Dein. TBF, he did stay around to applaud Birmingham.

Take the 4/5 for Man U. How many point dropped at home for them?

Arsenal last 4 aways Spurs, Bolton, Stoke, Fulham. Take each of those games in isolation, and i can see them losing them all. Not that they will but i bet they drop 6 points+ from those.

I don't think any London club has won a European Cup for over 10 years mate.

Has any London club EVER won THE European Cup?
Midlands clubs have won it 3 times even so why have London clubs never had the ability or bottle to win it despite spending heavily over the years?
