Pepe the Horseman Moose now thinks Tevez is going back to West Ham. I used to think he was credible, but he's just as bad as the rest of those deluded idiots.
Talksquawk talking about something other than Chelsea/Man U/Liverpool shock!

YateleyRoyal Just a rumour come from a mate who has a box at White Hart Lane - don't be too surprised to see the Adebayor deal fall through, and if Spurs dont have another striker and Carroll doesn't find a club, then expect the big man at the Lane until January.

Good call.

When Rodgers arrived at Reading teh first thing he did was have individual chats with each of the players to assess their attitude and motivation - perhaps he's now spoken to Carroll and changed his mind based on that.

Well he's not travelled with the Europa Cup squad so would say its a sure thing he'll be off sooner rather than later.

I thought he was supposed to be in the squad as players don't get cup tied this early in the competition.

Easier for him to talk to clubs if he's here, innit

Arsenal close to making a double signing of Sahin and Cazorla. Two quality signings there.

Not sure what other ambition RVP needs the club to show, really. 4 international players from top teams signed if these two come in.

As prolific as Church?

You mean when he was getting around 10 goals a season before he was playing up front regularly? Or after he made a pretty permanent switch to centre forward, and scored pretty much a goal every other game for 3 years, before his outstanding 2011/12?

It makes me laugh when players say "I want to win trophies" like it's the club's fault. Last I checked, players are responsible for winning trophies...

Well frankly, if scoring 37 goals isn't good enough I don't know what more you expect. Robin Van Persie literally did all he could when it came to trying for the league title.

Tbf, and I'd live to see some Snowball stats on this subject, I don't think RVP was particularly prolific in terms of his chance/goal ratio. I'd back Church to score 20 goals a season playing in front of that Arsenal team as the figure head around which the team is built. I can think of quite a few clear misses from RVP last season, which had they been converted might have put Arsenal right up there.

RVP doesn't care if Arsenal are competitive, that's all a smokescreen to get "the people" on his side, the reality is he wants £200K P/W, he wants the m'f'ing lottery millions for a salaray.
It's just pathetic. How much money do you REALLY need?
Arsenal stuck with him all those years when he was SHIT and nobody else wanted him. He was about as proLOLific as Simon Church, then he has ONE good season and he wants a move so he can get more money. Where's the f'ing loyalty?
Arsenal MADE him, he should pay back his debt to them.

Anyhow, Podolski isn't exactly a beginner at his chosen profession, so I don't see Arsene Wenger losing any sleep over this.

Totally agree! but you forgot to act as well as being occasionally shoite other than last season he has had another seven seasons where he has failed to play 25 games in a season due to being regularly injured.

Friday's Legacy Joey Barton is training with Fleetwood Town. Possible loan move on the cards.

Total non story other than QPR want him away from the club whilst he has no part to play for 12 games.

To think he would even contemplate a loan move to a league 2 club is quite ridiculous.

I hope Leandro Damiao comes to the Prem this summer, been really impressed with him so far at the Olympics. Tottenham seem to be in with a shout.
