I would have thought a play off match at a neutral venue would be the best way of deciding it.

And for the benefit of the SPL and Sky, Celtic could represent Dundee and Rangers represent Dunfermline.

I can see all Dundee derbies on the TV this season.

Far more attractive than Dunfermline playing, err, anyone else really.

Edinburgh derby could be another one, though Hibs haven't had a good season for a while.

The story that keeps on giving; with a week to go to the start of the season, Newco Rangers may still not become members of the SFA!!

Maybe he would approve of Ben Johnson getting his gold medal back too?

Pompy could go bust within weeks thanks to Kanu

If they had a pound for every time they've been 'days away from going bust' they wouldn't be in this situation ;)

At a pre-season friendly Pompey were playing in, someone from the crowd threw a 10p coin onto the pitch; Trevor Birch assumed it was a take-over bid............

from the beeb

SFA registration rules state that payments received by a player solely relating to his playing activities must be fully recorded and declared.

If that does not happen, the player has been improperly registered and the norm then is for the player's team to forfeit any match in which he has participated.

On this basis, Rangers have lost every single game they've played in for the last decade - and div 3 is frankly, far more than they deserve.

West Ham surely in line to join this thread again. Just where the hell has the money come from all of a sudden?

Oh, but when it all goes wrong, it wont be the fans fault.
