Forget about all the other groups,GroupD is the only interesting one and some cracking games in prospect at a stage where there is normally no interest.

Don't forget to re-tune at the end of the CL group stages - it'll be the only channel to see the Blues on after that.

Real Madrid v Man City

This is either going to be a cracking or a dull 0-0

Since when did Gervinho become a goal scorer?

3 in 3 for Podolski now.

Since the team stopped trying to find Van Persie with every ball in to the box

Well deserved win for Madrid. City were the typical English side in Europe totally outplayed but almost stealing it.

Madrid just over ran Man City at the end there. Well deserved result.

Was also flicking back to the arsenal game, i'd now say it's time to give Bould his dues and that he has done a lot for that Arsenal defence now they've had a real test. Under the kind of pressure Arsenal found themselves there the Arsenal of the last few years would have crumbled and lost 4-2.

Missed the cracker as had to watch Milan draw 0-0 with Anderlecht, they are a complete mess! Don't be surprised if they are the surprise casualty of the group stage.

Off to the Bridge tomorrow to watch Juve meaning i will have attended as many Chelsea games as Kes this season.

Anyway, Zlatan was a happy man tonight after his pen.

Tonight is the perfect fixture for The Fall.

I wonder if Aggers has listened closely to the words of Sparta FC.

In his English bobble hat.
