Focher i dont understand how Edwards cant get in Sunderlands team, from what ive seen he is a top player way better than the championship.

He's good, but not better than Malbranque. He deserves to be in the Prem - I imagine a few Stoke/Hull fans would look at this deal and think they'd have wanted in.

But Stoke and Hull can't "want in" until the January transfer window - Edwards' loan spell at Wolves finishes on 02/01/09...
