City suffering for being minted. Offer of £40m for Sterling turned down. Offer of £5m for Fulhams Patrick Williams rejected (he'll go for closer to £10m). Rumours they want Wilshere too, but that he will cost north of £30m.

Seems I was somewhat premature on the transfer. I blame the Porto owner who said it was a done deal.

generally agreed though. Milan have had a lean few years money wise but now look likely to put all their hopes on this one big signing. I have read that they have signed up some of the most promising young brazilians into their youth team too.
