Chelsea handing Arsenal the 15/16 title. Interesting.

Strange thing to say really. It will improve them, but we have Courtois and a better defence.

:?:

Your very own John Terry says that this appointment will gain Arsenal 12-15 points. Apply that to 14/15 season Arsenal are champions!!

Yeah - very strange

But what's to say Chelsea won't improve? We are talking NEXT SEASON and not LAST SEASON. :|

A lot of money for him. Certainly nowhere near what he's worth. Guess he's the replacement for Sterling who according to Liverpool and BR is seeing out the last two years of his contract and going on a free. Still - seems a snip at 6m fewer than what Andy Carroll cost.

Simple supply & demand, Kesmond. someone was happy to pay it so he is worth it.

Whether he gives value for money is another thing

anywho, Liverpool Echo say it is actually £21M upfront with a further potential £7M in add ons.

Obviously gone for the money. I think I would rather learn my trade under Koeman tbf.

Cech's a has-been. Easy money for Chelsea. LOL at any Arsenal fan who thinks signing him makes them title contenders. How many ex-title winning Chelsea players go on to further their careers ?

I see this as similar to Van Der Sar going to United.

Pretty positive move for Arsenal IMNotSoHO

He's certainly better than Szczesny or Ospina.

Deulofeu signs permanently for Everton. £4.3m, good signing

I don't understand when people say 'Good signing'.

It can only be a 'good signing' if he does well. It's potentially a good signing.
