Those figures showed that the cost of the forward's arrival had increased to 86.2m euros: 7.9m for right for first refusal for three players, 10m for a signing bonus, 2m for scouting, 4m for future sponsorships, 2.5m for the Neymar charity foundation and 2.7m for the player's agent, his father.
Then in February 2014, the hearing made public the amount that was allegedly defrauded and the club soon paid 13.5m to curb any future issues.
At that point, the cost of the signing had reached 99.7m euros.
However, Santos have since been due further payments.
They were entitled to 2m euros when Neymar became a Ballon d'Or finalist in 2016 and to 4.5m euros given that Barcelona appears unlikely to fulfil their promise of playing Santos in a friendly.
With Friday's fine added on, the total has reached 111.2m euros.

A date is expected to be set in 2017 for the case and if Barcelona are found guilty they would be liable for up to €34M of missing money and fines taking the costs of acquiring Neymar up to almost €150M

Apparently Oscar said on Brazilian TV (SporTV) last night that the deal is happening, just needs paperwork sorting out.

The deadline for the January transfer window this season is 11pm on January 31

Transfers can be completed following this deadline subject to clubs getting appropriate forms in to the authorities to have players registered as transferred ahead of the deadline, even if not all the paperwork has been completed.

Rhodes should be a good signing but they've had a shocking record of buying strikers recently.

Blackman, Vydra, Camara, Wilson - about £12m spent and a return of 3 league goals between them.

And they decided to loan out their only prolific striker to another club in the division.

Is Rhodes a good buy though ?
Assuming they are targeting promotion is he a half season investment ?
I guess if he scores the goals that get them promoted then £10 million or whatever it is is recouped fairly quickly, although they would need to spend more to replace him in the summer.
