Those loan players did Preston a fat lot of good, not.

Pseud O'Nym
Harpers So Solid Crew hardly a surprise, its the end of the loan period.

Nope, they've been recalled two games early. Makes it look all the more petty to me.

Probably recalled after picking up mysterious injuries.

Predictably linked today for his 5th stint in charge.

One of the reasons the Palace Chairman has given for Burley's dismissal was his failure to bring in any players before the loan window closed when other Clubs have. Complete opposite to SJM then.

Well yeah. McDermott did bring a player in before the window shut and didn't get sacked.

And the first two games for his replacement are an FA Cup game against Chelsea and a League Cup semi-final against Arsenal. Hardly the ideal games to assess the team and what needs changing. Although if they've not got anyone lined up to replace him it'll probably be a caretaker in charge for those anyway.

Mr Angry
Silver Fox It's got to be about time for him to stick it up his bollocks hasn't it?

I have heard that, with his contract due to expire at the end of the season, rather than sack him, the Ipswich board are simply not going to re-new his contract. Makes life a lot cheaper (and safer!!) for them.

Here is my prediction for the lottery numbers for tomorrow night:

3, 7, 21, 23, 40, 47

Given so that you can avoid picking them, as clearly my predictive powers are c@ap!!!
