Shouldn't the Chelsea fans be waving their flags?

Atletico looked the stronger side once they got their equaliser - Chelsea seemed to bottle it thereafter.

Felt sure that Real Madrid would win the final whoever won this evening, not so sure now tbh - Everyone is just waiting for Atletico to run out of steam and they're just not having any of it. Manager's an uttercunt but you've got to give them some credit for a season like they're having.

No Fixed Abode Gr8 parking the bus by Real tonight.

The opposite of Chelsea's match then. Home team keeps it tight, and puts the pressure on the 2nd leg home team to defend well, and not concede an away goal that they couldn't manage in the 1st leg.

It's perhaps a bit over-written but I don't half agree with most of it.

Well done Atleti. Not the way I think anyone likes to see a major trophy won but they've done it and deservedly so.

As for Bale 85 million and can only use 1 foot.

Knew (hoped) that would put the mockers on them.

Was right on Bale though, awful.

Not entirely sure why but I've spent the whole second half wanting Real to score despite Atletico being the underdogs. I think it's because I have an irrational hatred of Simeone. I don't like his face. Enjoyed that equaliser immensely.

Very happy for Bale, that was not as easy as it looked. It's true he'd been poor until that moment.

LOL @ Simeone.

Is 4-1 a little harsh? Crazy how Atletico's legs have just gone in the last 10 minutes.

Pretty galling to see Ronaldo posing like he's the hero of the hour after knocking in a penalty, when he'd spent 119 minutes doing his common big-game hiding act.

TBM
Sutekh Be nice to have a lesser name on the cup.

Why?

I couldn't care less which team won it but as i said previously Real play the best/most exciting football so i'd like to see them win it.

8) I'm pleased

Mainly cos it also won me 50 notes

Was that it? Not as if Varane whacked it at Simeone's head.

Jeez, Ronaldo is a great player (although he was distinctly out of sorts tonight) but what a complete and utter bell-end.
