tmesis Pretty galling to see Ronaldo posing like he's the hero of the hour after knocking in a penalty, when he'd spent 119 minutes doing his common big-game hiding act.

I was pleased for Bale and Real Madrid - the best team won and pleased for Petr Cech.

Pleased for Reading - they were using our goal music weren't they? I felt for the opera singer who had to sing the theme tune at the beginning. That really was shit. As is the whole Saturday night thing, really.

I'm surprised they let Ramos anywhere near the trophy after the Copa del Rey and the bus incident :D

Simeone invades the pitch, totally overreacting to Varane rolling the ball in his direction and people are having a go at Ronaldo for celebrating a goal in his home country, in the city he started his career, for the club of his dreams tenth European Cup.

Yeah, only the 17 CL goals, not like Ryan had anything to do with them winning it

He's right though, Ryan didn't have anything to do with it.

Bayern apparently earned €55M in prize money last year for winning the CL. Add to that the world club cup and extra merch and Bale's transfer fee doesn't seem quite so mental

Did you know? If you combine the amount of European Cups/Champions League won by Chelsea, Liverpool and Man United they still wouldn't have won it as many times as Real Madrid.

Finally Kes, Retro and the Liverpool brigade have something in common.
