Remember Darko Panchev? Red Star Belgrade's star striker when they won the European Cup in 91. That earned him a move to Inter where his career completely collapsed with 3 goals in 3 years. Not heard from since.

Was Sheppard that shambolic for Watford? He was an utter, utter mess at Reading.[/quote]

Cannot remember him playing (only played about 20 games)...David James then Kevin Miller were the number ones.

Behind Ben Foster probably the 2 best goalies of my life time at Watford.

Seems like going to Inter ruined his career.

Moved to England and changed his name to Paul Brayson. The rest is history.

Freddy Adu - The yanks actually believed he would be the best player in the world.
Rohan Ricketts - Looked odds-on a future England player when he won 2 FA youth cups with Arsenal.
Moses Ashikodi - Once a squad member for West Ham and Glasgow Rangers. Played Prem football with Watford in 2007. Now struggling to get game time for conference side Ebbsfleet. He is 25 and has played for 13 clubs.
