Winston Biscuit Trossard joins Arsenal for £27M

I very much need to be convinced of the blokes ability

The ability is there, not convinced by the application of it on a consistent basis.

This. File with Diogo Jota. Very good players, but can't help but feel like they should be scoring more, assisting more, making more headlines.

Jota would have a better chance of doing that if he were fit

If I was a club looking at buying him it would be raising a few doubts as to his character.

He's a brave lad, give him that. Those supporters are not very forgiving at the moment and i would imagine he will be getting some late night visits to his property!!

Unless the purchasing club are aware of what he's doing and won't hold it against him.

But as a manager is that the type of personality you want to bring into your club, knowing full well he'll do the same if the move works and the next bigger club up the chain wants to buy him.

Anthony Gordon on his way to Newcastle for £40M+£5M

just read that he has been on £10k a week at Everton. This move is going to feel like he has won the lottery

Expect even more signings before the window closes possibly including Nat Phillips from Liverpool.
They are desperate to stay up especially after their new Yank owner PROMISED that they won't get relegated and predicted European football within 5-6 years.

Since his arrival they have lost every game bar a draw at home to Forest. and it is Newcastle and Saint Eddie next.

That's a mental price though. I don't know, maybe I haven't seen enough of him but he seems like an average player?

Maybe he should have run to training then.

Didn’t want to waste all that energy for just £10k a week

I reckon it will be a mad day tomorrow - record breaking deals for a transfer window - alot of clubs across Prem and Championship are in dire straits or need a boost for further ambitions. Madness it all goes on within the last day.

Cancelo on his way to Bayern is a bit of a surprise

Brighton turn down a £70M offer for Moises Caicedo  :?

Everton offer £45M for Conor Gallagher

Fair play to Brighton, sticking to their guns with their prices as they should do as the player is contracted to them. The clubs in a good place as well and seems like the rest of the squad buy in to their ideas so don't know how damaging it will be to their dressing room. It's never good to have a quality player not playing, but they've got good enough players around the pitch these days.

Surprised to see Everton throwing all their money from the Gordon transfer on one player, granted Gallagher would be a good signing for them and needed in that midfield area. But definitely thought they might have wanted to have added a couple of players to their squad.
