Elmer Park I would probably have played McClean in all three games as I'd consider him the best winger Ireland have now.

I'm setting myself up here but I've never really rated McGeady and Duff is past his best. Cue goals from both of them.

No, what you say is perfectly okay, but Trap alway said he was going to 'reward' the players who got Ireland through qualification. He also has a huge fear of bringing new blood into the first 11. Alas. We have one decent right back (Coleman) and he didn't even make the squad.

You want to talk about match fixing Italy, how about the ref giving absolutely nothing for a bang on yellow potentially red card foul from Sergio Ramos?

Not even a foul, wtf is that 5th(6th?) official for!!

He jumped in, foot was high and studs were up, clear foul.

Getting the ball is irrelevant if the tackle is dangerous.

No ref is ever going to give a penalty against Spain.

Starfish
And Roy Keane is a cünt who based on his past, as Trap rightly pointed out, is not in much of a position to be pointing out what the trainer of a team should be doing.

I have just rewound and have it paused in front of me. If I knew how to take a picture and get it up on here I would

When Ramos got the ball his foot was less than 1 foot of the ground!!!!

Studs up? Well the foot usuall sits at around 90 degrees to the leg when the leg is horizontal and stretching for the ball, how else can the foot be?

If it had been in the centre circle it would have been a foul every time.

At the moment Spain are going to finish second in their group - that will make tomorrow a right laugh as we aim to match, but not beat, France's result!

borderline. He wasn't going towards the player he was going across him. I don't think you can call it dangerous and he definitely got plenty of the ball first. Never a red card.

If that tackle happened to a reading player and nothing was given we'd all be oxf*rd livid.

Hanson just said 'inch perfect, timed to perfection, great tackle', Dixon agreed.

And if a Reading player made that tackle and it was given we'd be bloody peeved.

Supporters in being biased towards their team shocker. Personally I don't think you could really complain if it was either way. He catches him and its nasty, but he gets the ball and it wasn't dangerous. I lean towards no foul.

All the pundits (even the good ones) say no foul.

Both defenders to be fair.

And Hanson is a Belmont.
