Bit of fun - Your "big five" XI

by TBM » 02 Jun 2015 15:32

Not the big five from England but the leagues in Europe....

England - Premier League
Spain - La Liga
Germany - Bundesliga
France - Ligue 1
Italy - Serie A

You can pick 2 players from each top division [in that country] and have 1 wild card, from any of them, for your goalkeeper....

What would your starting line up be?
(4-4-2 or 4-3-3 formation)

Sorry, didn't read the instructions properly. I'll swap Ronaldo for Bendtner.

Royalcop De Gea
Lahm Terry David Luiz
Robben Veratti Pogba Vidal
Messi Aguero Suarez

Typical a cop breaking the rules going for a 3 - 4 - 3 formation - and with David Luiz you could argue that is really a 2 - 1 - 4 - 3 formation

Going off track my fav. European 11 would be:
Banks
Lahm Blanc Beckenbauer Cole
Cruff Iniesta Pirlo
Messi Ronaldo Muller

I thought about it but it would mean dropping either Messi or Ronaldo - both of which are better than him
