Not saying it will happen but this actually makes a lot of sense.
Both McCarthy and Andersen have said during the summer that they don't want to be sitting on the bench. If we could get them either 6 or 12 month loans where they are guaranteed to be first choice it will help their development and then Duke (who is out of contract and cheap) could sit on the bench behind Fed (who is pretty fit and doesn't miss many games).
Just a thought.

2021: DONE DEAL Bradford have made their third signing of transfer deadline day, this time going for experience in the form of goalkeeper Matt Duke on a two-year deal. The 34-year-old left Hull in the summer.
Bradford showing more ambition than us. Pathetic.
