Announced he's had offers from numerous clubs over clubs all over Europe including a few in England.
Just wandering perhaps we could be in for him, always thought he's decent, was quite highly rated at City a couple of years ago

Think he could of gone on to be an immense player at one stage but now im not so sure. Don't think the clubs he has gone out on loan to have neccesarily helped him e.g. Rangers in the SPL and then rotting in the reserves at Man City.
Don't think we should be gambling on players like this when there are other available players that are a lot more established in this position.

He didn't rot in the reserves at Man City - he went on loan to Espanyol last season.
