Has failed to secure a new deal at QPR and has now left the club

Worth a punt, as back up?

Personally i think we are pretty strong in centre midfield already having leigertwood, karacan, guthrie, tabb and also mcanuff can play there.

Also looks like we are getting Marriappa and either simpson, young or naughton, dont think McDermott really wants anymore players.
However he certainly is a good player and fake hoops fans are upset to see him go.

Think he'd be decent back up for Guthrie as the better passer of the ball midfielder.

Karacan and Tabb do the same thing, which is similar to Ledge, just more energetic and less strong. So it'd give us a strong midfielder, two busy midfielders and two more cultured midfielders. Spot on IMO.

I think this is well worth a punt. He might want games though, in which case I don't think we'd be an attaractive club for him.

Cant argue with that, but surely we are in the market for better players than Akos Buzsaky

Apparently on trial at Pompey?

Thought he would of been a useful addition for us he certainly is better than League 1

Nice of you, that's an unpopular opinion locally...
