Nameless
Agent Balti I really don't think you need to care that much about it now, 2-0, tbh! That ship now no longer needs to sail.

Assuming the new boys do actually have some cash.....

Now, now, positive thinking, please!! Can't be much worse than the previous shysters.

Harpers So Solid Crew Things just look worse and worse, JM has keep things going this year, now his house is up for sale.

Can he keep us going or is the only way going into receivership now?

If so, would it be better sooner rather than later?

Which house is he selling? Northcourt or Adhead Park?

sandman FOLD THE CLUB!!!

It's the only way.

Agree

Sell the team and ground. Turn the ground in to a bigger hotel as there is a chronic shortage in Reading. Merge with Reading Town play in the Hellenic league at Scours lane.
You know it makes sense.

One thing with players leaving is that not only could a fee be involved ( helping short term cash flow) but the wage bill would be reduced ( helping mid to long term cash flow). Would it be the end of the world? Of course not. Will it happen in the next twelve months? Again, of course not as there would be redundancies behind the scenes and various cloth cutting measures to keep the club solvent.

Surely a merger with Swindon would make sense. New ground in Hungerford perhaps.

Oxford are looking for a new ground, but they've got a new owner - so a merger with them would make sense. They get our ground, we get an owner.

It has just sprung to mind that, were we to go into Receivership, we might be bought for a few quid by a Criminal who has no other view than sucking the life out of us - whilst milking the plaudits for owning a Club at the same time! Chelsea me! I would hate to think where this Leeds!
