strapkwik-silva Letting Pog go, in my opinion, is one of the biggest mistakes we could make right now. Yes, we got lucky against Middlesbrough but look at the result against Forest without him in the team. I have no doubt that with Pog up front to hold up play and bring other players in we could've got either a goal or two, or stopped it from being quite such a hammering. The big man's been outstanding at the beginning of this season, and he's the only player in the squad who can play in that lone striker role properly.
Also, he played 41 games last season - but I guess you're comparing him with Kebe, who played an average of 37 games a season with us.
Pedant on/
Kebe made 149 league starts and 26 sub apps in 6 seasons, 07/08 to 12/13 inclusive), so 25 starts + 4 subs roughly on average per season.
