He’s certainly not a bad player and still relatively young

My main problem with him is as a big tall CB he just never really dominates in the air in the way you watch other CBs at that level do. Often gets beaten in the air and likewise doesn’t get on the end of corners etc when attacking very often

His all round game is reasonable but nothing outstanding. I’m not wholly surprised no champ club seems to have come in for him

They didn't but a Premier League club (for now) did. :wink:

He did, I'd go as far to say that he would have been one of the first names on the sheet, had he not had that bust up. Ah well, he's moved on now. We may be seeing him in again in a few seasons time.
