morganb In Couhig's latest interview he was asked directly if Yakou Meite would be coming back - his reply -

"I can't hear you, there must be something going wrong with our transmission"

Make of that what you will


If he's been pressured into signing YM by fans due to his big talk & little action (so far) and it turns into Shane Long pt2, you know who to blame...

Don't think his career as a trial lawyer would have got very far if he was that easily swayed.

The Twitter noise from what I've seen is pretty much 50/50 in favour of re-signing him....like on here.

Agreed. I also think we've seen occasions where he's displayed a stubborn - 'I'm going to get/do what I want and i'm going to do it my way' streak followed by dogged persistence.
