Also, as I've already said, it's not up to TSI to negotiate the deal until they've DEFINITELY signed all the paperwork for the takeover, shirley? What happens if the deal falls through? JM won't be able to afford to pay McD the increase and McD will be pissed off and want to leave when he realises he's still got to cut the cloth.

Actually I was very sceptical but if Brian signs it'll will be thanks to Anton. If he had to stay here and sell Kebe and Federici he would def have gone.

The deal in principle might have been agreed but you need lawyers on both sides so Brians probably taken the day off for legal advice - you know - would this stand up if Anton fires him next season. It could easily be a complex deal - ie he can fire him if hes in the bottom 3 of the prem after Dec 25, or if hes outside the top 10 of the champ....different compensation, if the deal doesnt go thru etc, cud easily take ages.
