Top Flight This is one summer signing that I am not getting excited about.

I just don't think this lad is all that good. I don't rate him. Not better than what we got.

Partly agree-he is better than Hunt,Church and Manset but that doesn't get him anywhere near being a Premier League player.

Peopel said that about Doyle & Kitson, though.

Brain Mc has the ability to turn good players into much better ones.

...unless you're Marcus Williams.

I suppose that's a little unfair. We might yet be able to rebuild him like Shaun Cummings or the bionic man... either that or we'll ship him out.

The Real Sandhurst Royal Boothroyd and Burke from Cardiff get my vote to sign up we are promoted.

Burke is stupidly one footed and Bothroyd? Never want to see him at this club

If we're looking for someone to mould over a little time, I like the look of that Ward bloke at Derby County.

Thought that was an awful suggestion. If we could take anyone from Cardiff I'd rather have Olafinjana or Whittingham than those two. I don't think Cardiff really have players of the right quality in the areas we really need though.

IR not many times I agree, but you are right on those two ...however...whilst we have Ledge he is >>>>>>>Olafinjana, as he proved the other night........

Svlad Cjelli So, what we're saying is that NFA's post in UR&G is actually true?!?

Is this a first???

No - as I told you Coppell would be named Reading manager all those years ago now. 8)

Not sure about Burke ,but would never want to see Bothroyd in a Reading shirt. He is a bigger cheat than Drogba
never thought I would ever write that.

Royals have apparently watched him in both play off games so there's definitely something in this, also we approached Peterborough to take him on loan which was rejected.

This rumour will, of course, self destruct if we don't go up.

Interestingly, Norwich had a bid turned down in January and seem now to have quietened their interest in CMS. Looks like they have turned their attentions to Vaughan...can't see them now chasing after CMS...so maybe there is something more in this rumour and we have already tied something up...

I think a move is more likely if we don't go up.

Disagree. We've already spent a large sum on Leigertwood and we're told more cuts need to be made, so I can't see a bid in excess of £1.5m to get CMS.
