FridaysGhost Question? Is this man better than the players we have released? Secondly, does he have a career record of One goal every two games. If not, he is useless to for what we intend.

One goal every two games is bordering on the conversion rate of a world class striker. Seriously, just be realistic.

Lovely hot donuts! I know it was in League one but he did get 19 goals in 26 games for Bournemouth this year. That's pretty good! We could do a lot lot worse!

Blackman got 11 in 28 for Sheff Utd.........doesn't mean he's any good

League One P26 19 goals - 2 assists 2,045 Minutes = 108 minutes per goal

Season before played just 1,389 minutes but was close to a goal every 180 minutes

Championship P35 7 goals - 3 assists 1,389 minutes = 198 minutes per goal

Played just 3,434 league minutes in two seasons, (maximum 8,280) so is hardly likely to be jaded!

He's had some absolutely superb seasons, iirc. Nearly 30 not too long ago.

No idea about the style of play.

Honestly? Can't see him not improving on Roberts and Hunt tbh. Maybe not the best we could go for but an improvement.

It's kinda a weird one. He's a good player that could do a brilliant job but we're already blessed with ALF and Pog. He probably is better as an out and out goalscorer than Hunt or Roberts but doubt he'd get many starts. It's probably the first time in our history that a signing of this calibre is not very exciting for us.
