melonhead even if dunne never played a game, and was simply there to teach our young CBs how to do the job during training it would be worth it

Yeah, lets pay someone £25k a week to teach our players. I'm pretty sure that's more than the going rate for a Championship defensive coach. :roll:

Cannot understand negativity towards Dunne. Main-stay in one of the meanest defences in the Championship last season......(got me a tonne of points in the Fantasy Footy too!). Would be an excellent partner for Hector or Pearce, with the other as back up for now in knowledge Dunne won't be there for the long haul (and his experience alone would surely be such an asset to both of them & their development). And then we can sell that liability know as Morrison to a League 1/2/Conference club where his 'ability' would be far better suited.
