Ian Royal The problem is, over the years Jay has shown himself to know very little, so when after watching a player in a televised match he suggests we sign him he gets a bit of stick. As most people would basing that sort of suggestion on one appearance.
I very very rarely suggest a player we should sign, because a) there's no fricking point me suggesting it to HNA? and b) I don't watch enough football to have a clue about players at other clubs.
I know what gaps we need to fill, but not who to fill them with.
Ignoring RZR for the minute...
I think it's a shame that when he does give some creditable reasons to back his case - albeit on the back of one game seen on the tv - you immediately jump on him for being so presumptious. A bit pot and kettle if you haven't a clue yourself - as you freely admit now.
It is eternally frustrating when you want to know more than you do and people just slam you for not knowing as much as you'd like to.
It has further occured to me that if Deathy saw this guy play for 80+ minutes and you didn't, then really he is better informed than you.
