Royals' Jamaica winger is reportedly on the radar of several clubs

Garath McCleary is a target for Premier League outfit West Brom, according to reports.

The 27-year-old, who signed for Reading from Nottingham Forest in 2012, has a year left on his contract at Madejski Stadium.

But after two impressive seasons with Royals, the Baggies lead the race for the speedy winger.

Recently promoted Burnley, and fellow Championship sides Derby County and Nottingham Forest are also said to be interested in the player.

It is unlikely he will be offered an extension to his contract by Reading, until the takeover by Thai businessman Samrit Bunditkitsada is completed .

Losing McCleary would be a significant blow to manager Nigel Adkins, who has already lost striker Adam Le Fondre to Championship rivals Cardiff City .

I mean there's no quotes or anything to suggest he's leaving. We all know there's interest.

The one thing this thread doesn't need is any more quotes
