We paid just over a £1millon for Mills. Peanuts really. Yes if we had been promoted then there were ad ons.

Peterborough have received two offers from Premiership Clubs. Tuppence offered by the Madman will be treated in the way he should be treated by the fans. i.e. **** off you ******.

Real Facts.

Mackail-Smith will be in the Premiership next season. Sadly Reading won't.

Even the Sky Sports commentators on the Peterborough vs Huddersfield final said they could see him in a promotion or play off pushing Championship team rather than a Prem side. I think he would be silly to go to the Premier League or rather a club would be silly to buy him if they were there - not only is there better on offer (Ba, Keane, Long (sorry), and many more) but when he was in the Championship he only got about 10 that season didnt he?

Yes, he was part of that team. He played the same amount of games as other strikers in the league. I'm not saying he won't perform at Championship level, personally i think he will i'm just saying will Prem clubs look at that record at Championship level and be a bit wary? Well i would be, so i think yes, they will.

no he not mackail smith not going to QPR YOU STUPID FOOL he staying in the championship

That's odd, they've accepted two bids from Premier League teams today.

Or is this the part where you tell us your mate's bosses daughter once signed someone on football manager and therefore you know better than everyone else in the universe ever?

If DJ Campbell can bang goals in, in the Premiership then Mackail-Smith certainly can

Got it on good authority that QPR have had an offer of around £3mil accepted and Norwich are still to put in an improved bid and thus still have no agreed fee with Peterborough. Cannot see QPR letting him slip away if they want him and good luck to the lad

"1327: Brighton are set to win the race for the signature of Peterborough United striker Craig Mackail-Smith, BBC Radio Cambridgeshire understands. The Seagulls appear to have beaten off competition from Leicester and West Ham for the 27-year-old."

what a strange signing that is, and fair play to Brighton for getting him.

Id have hid him here like a shot, from what i saw last season he was better than most in the championship strikers let alone league 1.

What the f*ck? Now teams who have come up from the division below us are showing more ambition than we are.
